So many times we learn to keep our emotions inside. Pains that we are actually holding in can cause loss of seeing who we really are, increased stress, sudden blow ups and even disease. Honest feedback and self acceptance is often the way to healing. During these sessions we use a mixture of life coaching, meditation, and reiki to help you reflect on and release your burdens.

Reiki is energy movement that opens up the body for healing to occur. We ask that you set up an hour for this session. While it may not take a whole hour, it is best to have some recovery time. It is customary for the this to be a quiet and relaxing, so plan your time and space accordingly. Some even prefer to have a night time or falling asleep session. These are available.

Many years ago I wrote a book. It was more of a guidebook and only had 30 pages. I had been forced, in my opinion, to change. I quit my job because of bullying and I didn’t have another job to go to. I had a small savings and immediately starting to fill out applications.
My long term goal was to move on to a new life with my own business anyway. I was about to graduate from a life coaching course and was coaching classmates regularly. I had chosen coaching because it had helped me deal with a bad relationship that left me homeless and without a job. I could see exactly how it would be helpful to others and I believed that I could help. Optimism was my middle name.
The reality was that I was only going hear back from 5 of 21 jobs I applied for. Four notes to say the job was filled and one that led to 2 interviews where I was gaslit about the real reason I had quit my other job. My savings was going to be used quickly. Things were not really going great but I stayed hopeful.
So I wrote down 5 things that I was doing for myself to keep going and not get caught up in darkness or depression. That was the guidebook. I sold 6 copies.
These are a new look at those 5 Tips and how I’ve learned so much more about who I am, how I stayed strong and grew self belief since then. With the Gratitude Challenge as a bonus.
